Jolly Stampi is able to mill parts up to 6000mm x 2500mm and 22 ton., to drill up to 4000mm deep, 30mm in diameter and 20 ton., in EDM  (Electrical Discharge Machining) up to 1600mm x 1000mm x 600mm and 20 ton.

QUALITY CONTROL

It uses sophisticated instruments including a portable arm with integrated RS4 laser scanner designed for 3D data detection. This 150mm beam laser technology is able to detect 752,000 points per second, which allows us to measure the shapes and geometries of the mold details in any place and throughout the design and production process. Our machines are however equipped with internal measurement tools that allow us, through M&H RWP38.41 probes and the automatic processing of reports, to identify any anomalies during the production cycle, thus ensuring compliance with deadlines.
